text on the side

Inert, human molded, glass
glassblowing
a collaboration of heat, light, hard and soft surfaces,
hard soft ideas
soft like molasses
hard like the heat of a blast furnace
they run 24 hrs
molten glass looking for a form
unable to cool unless plucked
searing to cool
wet newspaper shaped baubles,
shaped by human hands,
bent towards some idea/l by human intellect and feel
the piece allowed to cooled slowly stretched over hours
a human time line
